Chrom, Stahl, Pulver, verschraubt, frei stehend… Die Pole Stange: mehr Modelle als ein BMW
Hallo meine Lieben,
endlich ein neuer Eintrag, der auch gleich die neueste Anschaffung im Studio betrifft. Viel Spaß beim Lesen!
Vor der Anschaffung einer Stange sollte man genau darüber nachdenken, in welche Richtung das eigene Training gehen soll. Und natürlich, was am Besten für euch geeignet ist. Zu bedenken ist nicht nur Marke und Material, auch die Dicke der Pole macht einen großen Unterschied für euer Training.
Ich predige es, das wisst ihr sicher: *Finger weg von Billigstangen!* Die Qualität ist schlecht und sie sind nicht sicher. Ein grobes Gewinde im Fuß und 2 kleine Kontermuttern können den Kräften, die wir beim Tanzen an der Stange darauf ausüben nicht lange viel entgegensetzen.
Auf die korrekte *Montage*, regelmäßige *Pflege* und *Überprüfung* der Standsicherheit solltet ihr natürlich auch bei einer Markenstange achten, dh. regelmäßiges Nachziehen, Schmieren des Gleiters des Kugellagers im Fuß uvm.
Der richtige *Aufbau* ist bei Anschaffung als Erstes zu bedenken. Habe ich genug Platz, Abstand zu Wänden und Möbeln? Ist die Beschaffenheit von Boden und Decke geeignet? Gibt die Decke nach, ist nicht robust genug oder gar aus Rigips, bleibt nur eine freistehende Pole. Für schräge und unebene Decken gibt es verschraubbare Deckenhalterungen.
Die *großen Marken* sind Lupit, X-Pole aus den USA und ThePole Italy. Mittlerweile bieten alle Modelle an, die ihr mit einem Handgriff zwischen Static und Spinning umschalten könnt (X-Pert Pro zB. bei X-Pole). Auch bieten alle als Standard das Einspannen zwischen Boden und Decke, aber auch Deckenverschraubungen und freistehende Stages.
Gym Pole ist der Vorreiter für Outdoor- Poles, die man im Boden befestigen kann. Die anderen Anbieter haben aber aufgeholt. Es gibt weitere Exoten wie Lollypops und Flying Pole, die ich hier aber erst einmal vernachlässige.
*Ein Wort zur Dicke* - Die internationale Wettbewerbsgröße sind 45mm. Ja, das ist anstrengender für die Hand aber leichter und schmerzfreier für Legholds. Für Tänzer mit kleineren Händen empfehlen sich daher die 40mm Stangen. Es gibt aber auch 42mm bei Lupit oder 50mm für sehr große Hände.
*Welches Material soll es sein?* Am günstigsten und damit am weitesten verbreitet ist *Chrome*. Hiervon sollte man nur bei einer Allergie die Finger lassen und zur teureren *Edelstahl* Stange greifen.
PS- Neue Stangen sind oft viel rutschiger als gebrauchte!
Zu den teueren Modellen: *Titan Gold* bietet generell einen besseren Grip. Hier kann nach einiger Zeit aber die Farbe arg leiden und verblassen. *Messing* ist das wohl teuerste Material. Die Legierung ist weicher und empfindlicher für Kratzer. Aber: Vor allem wenn es richtig heiß ist, hält man hieran besser.
Wer allgemein unter *schwitzigen Händen* leidet, sollte über eine *Pulverbeschichtete* Stange nachdenken. Das Rutschen, das für Dismounts benötigt wird ist hieran allerdings nicht so gut möglich.
*Silikon* ist das Königs Material zum kleben bleiben, aber Vorsicht an diesen - wie an unserem neuen Sticky Pete - kann man sich auch leicht Verbrennungen zuziehen. An einer Silikon Stange kann aber durchaus auch mit Kleidung tanzen. Pulver und Silikon eignen sich auch bei Nickelallergie.

Geht die Kleidung die man trägt bei den Silikonstangen eigentlich schneller kaputt weil das Material stärker beansprucht wird?
[11.6., 14:05] Momo.M: Allein aus logischen Gründen würde ich sagen, ja.
Dazu schreiben die Hersteller natürlich nix. Aber: die Wärme Entwicklung auf der Haut, mehr Reibung, besserer Halt - das wirkt ja auch auf deine Kleidung.
Die Kleidung sollte auf jeden Fall straff am Körper sitzen, also eng. Sonst passierts wie bei meinen Grip Hosen, dass die Kleidung noch dran hängt, während du raus rutschst 🙃
X Pole Beschreibt Silikon zB mit:
- maximaler Grip, stärker als bei jeder anderen Variante
- oerfekt geeignet, um schwierige Tricks zu erlernen
- einzige Pole, die auch mit körperbedeckender Kleidung nutzbar ist
- besonders bei stark rutschenden Händen geeignet
- angenehmeres und “wärmeres” Feeling auf der Haut -

Du fettest die Stangen ? Wo genau und mit was ?
[11.6., 16:32] Momo.M: Im Studio sind sie ja unter Dauerlast. Dadurch Knatscht da öfter mal was.
Bei Lupit hast du nur kleine Nase zwischen den Stücken. Bei X Pole sind die Joints an den Druckstellen leicht gefettet.
Hauptsächlich muss ich im Studio den Fuß unten öffnen und nachfetten. Die Schmiere wird bei Hitze (also Belastung) irgendwann trocken, flockt wie Pulver aus. Man sieht das nicht, man hört es nur auf der Static.
An sich genügt es den Fuß auf zu machen und zu fetten, sowie die unteren Schrauben. Bei einer mussten wir auch schon das Gewinde und das Kugellager bearbeiten.Aber - wirklich nur wenn sie Geräusche machen.
Wir nehmen Normales Wälzlagerfett aus dem Automobil Bereich, mit Lithium ist es oft dunkel, macht vielleicht Flecken. Weißes Fett kostet oft mehr. -
